Invoice Instructions
1) The invoice should be on company letterhead, and be duly signed. Name of the contact person and the complete postal address should be mentioned on the invoice. 2) The invoice should be addressed to: People Interactive (I) Pvt. Ltd. Shaadi.com - "Shaadi Rewards" 2nd Floor, Shiv-e-Numh, 205 Dr. Annie Besant Road, Worli, Mumbai 400018 3) The invoice should reflect an itemised list of services provided. The invoice should include unit prices and total cost of services. 4) The invoice should be dated. The invoice should include the date the services were provided. 5) The invoice should contain the invoice number, your Affiliate ID, PayPal ID (PayPal Email address) / Bank Details where the funds are need to be transferred. 6) The invoice should indicate the nature of the services provided. E.g. Website Advertisements. 7) The invoice should note where services were performed - Website Address/ web page address /URL / Newsletter etc. |
