I frankly had no trust on the online Matri search options and my parents were fed up searching a suitable groom for me..

However, when things didn't work the traditional way. I had to take things in my stride. We communicated first with each other in April 06. I somehow felt that things are not gonna work due to the fact that he was a Doctor and his profile clearly mentioned "only professionals from Medicine background may contact". However to my surprise we hit off very well. We got engaged on May 1st 06 and married on 8th June 06 . All happened in a span of 2 mths 8 days.

Its time to say "Marriages are made on Shaadi.com" :-)
