Well, I'm actually settled in Bahrain...in the Middle East.I have had some bad luck with love in the past and when I saw the Shaadi ad on television, I was curious and pretty apprehensive about joining the site and meeting different people around the world...I was more scared..I mean who wouldn't after hearing horrifying stories about inet dating..Anyhow, I joined with the soul intention of making friends.

Well, He's actually from Calcutta but settled and working in Chennai. Quite an amazing guy. Everything that I was looking in a man. I can't say the perfect guy as no one is perfect...not even me...but he is someone who turned my world the right side up.
About us...
It was on August 17,2004 when someone buzzed me on Shaadi messenger and that's when the story began. We connected quite quickly and soon our ever so short friendship turned to love..and I can proudly say that its gonna be a year since we have known each other.Calls were obviously the expensive option of chatting up..but that didn't stop us mind you, but it was Shaadi Messenger that really did the trick. I like many others spend most of our days at work and hence had access to the inet while I was there. MSN & Yahoo messengers didn't work for the both of us due to the Firewall but strange enough it was only Shaadi Messenger that worked.
I am glad to announce that our wedding has been scheduled for the 20th of May 2006 and trust me we can't wait...Y the delay I hear u ask..well all due to some unavoidable circumstances. I would like to re-iterate that Shaadi for the both of us has been a blessing in disguise. I believe there is always someone out there but we need to be patient and trust in God as he knows best.
I would also like to also thank Mr. Anupam Mittal for his innovative idea to join hearts wherever they may be. This site is indeed safe when it came to members replys and also while shopping online. Thanks again to all involved in the Shaadi Team.. and all the best to all the members in finding their GG's!
We will never forget this shaadi experience and it is something to really talk about to ur friends and hopefully to our own kids as to "HOW MAMA & DADA MET?" Cheers & Keep up the outstanding work!
