Firstly, Patrick and I would like to thank Shaadi.com for bringing us together.
I had been on shaadi.com for more than a year and had almost given up hope on finding anyone through this portal when I got a response from Patrick. It just started with "lets just meet as friends" and before we knew it, we realized that we were made for each other.
We decided to involve our families to proceed further. Since we belonged to the same community, we got support from them. We formally got engaged on the 30th of October 2004 and married on the 10th of January 2005.
Shaadi.com gave us the opportunity to communicate effectively and set our expectations right before we decided to take the step.
Our special thanks to the shaadi team for making this happen for us for ever.
