We contacted each other in month of July & started exchanging emails as Pankaj was in USA & myself in India. After a month we started chatting to know each other. Then we started calling each other. In this way we got involved in each other as if we know each other for ages. Though we did not meet each other then also we realized that we are made for each other. One wonderful day Pankaj came all the way from USA to meet me & marry me.
Finally, we made decision of involving our families to proceed further. As we both belonged to the same community, it did not take long for our families to exchange contacts and arrange a formal meeting for us. Pankaj came along with his parents to my place & Guess What! We got engaged on same day. That was most surprising & wonderful moment of our lives. We could not believe how everything worked upon so fast. We both felt as if we are in dreams & pinched one another
.
Trust is most important part in marriage. As we had trust upon each other so we always felt secured about each other. As we were chatting for long time we knew each other very well which is not possible in cultural & traditional way of choosing life partner. Elders allot an hour to make decision for your life partner in which you feel very insecure & one cannot express himself or herself in an hour. The most important ingredient of a harmonious marriage is a sense of involvement which brings sharing & concern for each other. Otherwise in an hour you feel insecure or have 'n' number of questions in minds like, Do I trust him or her? Do I feel secure in this marriage? & so on. We(Aarzoo & Pankaj) are eagerly waiting for our wedding bells in coming Jan 2005.
