Azizah and I met on your web site in May 2002. We initially chatted online before deciding to talk on the phone. As we were in different countries, we kept in contact via e-mail and phone until March 2003. Azizah and I first met on March 24, 2003 and it felt like we already knew each other. We decided to get married on July 21, 2003 in a wedding ceremony attended by both our families.

Yes, I did find that someone special I was looking for on Shaadi.com. We are extremely happy we met the way we did. Both us were not expecting much and tried out the website out of curiousity and it worked out best for both of us. The good thing about meeting someone online rather than a bar/club etc. is that you get to know the person a lot better before you consider dating that individual.
