This is Samiiz. i had an id b4 with the name of samiya. bt deleted that bcoz couldnt found anyone from here.i got majid,s interest on samiya, exchanged contacts..but we couldnt proceed. i was very dishearted. but dont know how i gathered my self tomake a profile again. It is been approximately two months, I (Syed Nizamuddin) expressed interest and Rakshinda accepted my interest. Almighty Allah made us for each other; I think we should be thankful to shaadi for their marvelous and splendid work. Both of us lives in two different countries (She in Kingdom of Bahrain and, Me in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia)), couldn’t have met, if it was not through Shaadi.com. We both started writing long emails, very long n’ long international phones calls, SMS and sometimes chatting. We already informed our parents about our interest and our both parents are happy for us. Well, finally we are in love and in the next year (2nd quarter) we’ll tie our knot to fall in wed-tent.

Actually it was a friend who registered me on shaadi as he was feeling that it is about time that I find my Mr.Right. I was here for almost three years and I was never really active. In fact, I never took shaadi.com serious, except that one day where I met him.
Even that one day I did not take him serious but something inside me said, I should give him a chance to get to know me. We first started writing e-mails, after four weeks talking on the phone and it has really bond us together. We met in Nov of 2007 on Shaadi. I lived in Toronto, while my husband lived in NYC. We spent most of the first few months getting to know each other by phone. My hubby proposed to me in Central Park, NYC at the top most point in Belvedere Castle on April 22nd 2008 ( my parents wedding anniversary); after a very romantic horse and carriage ride- it was such a beautiful and romantic surprise! We then announced our engagement to our family and friends; of course they were very happy for us.
We finally tied the knot in Canada on Sept 12th 2009, in a beautiful traditional Roman Catholic Ceremony, which was then followed by a wonderful reception. All our family members and closest friends joined us as we celebrated our love for each other on that beautiful late summer day.
