I initiated the contact to Kapil, in March last year , after exchanging 2 mails, I lost track of it as I got quite a few responses and must've forgotten about it. Then again in the month of November unknowingly I initiated contact with Kapil again, when he mentioned that we had contacted each other earlier too. It's then that we spoke over phone , 2-3 times and he decided on coming to Mumbai to meet me. He came to Mumbai in December to meet me , met my family, they all liked him, and finally me and my family went to Delhi in the end of the month just to meet his family, everything fell well in place and things just got fixed on the 30th of December. I never would have believed that I would find my soulmate from any matrimonial website!!! It is just very difficult to find your life partner when you are staying abroad and especially in a country like France where there are not a lot of Indians. I needed someone who spoke French and also someone not far from France.

I found Shaveta who stays in Belgium who had exactly what I was looking for. Its just incredible how Shaadi.com changed my life as without the website I wouldn't have found such a good match. I had been on the lookout for my better half like for a year and she was just in the neighbourhood. We will be getting married in November 2008.
