Thanks for dropping by. I think it's easier to get to know a person when you talk face to face. But I am going to try my best to portray myself in the next few lines: I live in Pittsburgh and work as a health care consultant in one of the big 4 consulting firms. I grew up in Mumbai and was working as a software engineer for some years before I decided to pack my bags and come to USA in 2010 for higher-education. I graduated from Carnegie Mellon University (CMU) in 2011 with a masters degree where I got the opportunity to work with some really talented people, made friends for life, even took classes on acting and sky-dived from 14000ft! I believe in living life to the fullest and I am always on the lookout for trying out something new - these days I am trying to learn to play the guitar by watching youtube videos :) I am calm by nature and I like to keep a positive outlook towards life. I am ambitious about my career and focused towards my career-goals. At the same time I like to maintain a proper work-life balance too. I like to hangout with friends on weekends - going out for a movie, playing a board-game or trying out a new place for brunch/dinner. I am always up for any sort of adventure sport or any outdoor activity- skiing, rock climbing, bowling, kayaking, running or even biking on the riverside..
About my family: My mom and dad live in Mumbai. I have a younger sister who is currently in LA pursuing her masters degree. Me and my sister are like best friends although she keeps pulling my leg all the time! :) My mom and dad are really simple, down-to-earth, loving and caring parents. They are open-minded and liberal in their thinking. I am very attached to my family- they are my source of strength and my weakness..
Here's what I am looking for in my partner: someone who has similar interests and beliefs, who is independent, humble and fun-loving, who is more like a friend with whom I can share all ups and downs of life. Someone with whom I can always strike up a good conversation, plan trips to off-beat travel locations, fight over which movie we are going to watch and not get bored when I go shopping with her :) Well .. maybe the shopping part was asking for a bit too much :) but on a serious note, I believe that communication, trust and respect for each other are essential for a successful relationship. If you liked whatever you have read so far, feel free to get in touch with me!
