    • Our daughter is simple and humble, puts family first, aspires to have balance in all aspects of life. Likes to cook, paint, and enjoys reading and music. Welcoming, homely, caring and spiritual person. Our daughter received her initial education from one of the best schools in Mumbai, India. From High School onwards, she has studied in prestigious International Schools and colleges in HongKong, Singapore & USA. After completing IB from UWC Singapore, she did her BA in International Affairs from US & subsequently completed a Master's degree in Public Policy from National University of Singapore (NUS). Currently she is working in Public Policy research in Singapore. In our daughter's words : "I am looking for someone who is loving, caring, understanding, honest and believes in living a life that is simple, creative, enjoyable and meaningful. Although I was born Sikh, I have been raised in a cosmopolitan environment and appreciate all religions. At home, we speak a mix of hindi and english, and a mix of punjabi and hindi with my grandmother. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, trying new types of food, arts- both paintings and film, reading all types of books and music. I also like travel and enjoy fashion, although I prefer elegance rather than running after short-lived fashion fads.
      Spirituality is an important part of my life- especially meditation and yoga. Our entire family follows Art of Living and the teachings of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar,a world known spiritual leader and humanitarian.
      I am interested in Hindu Community & cut surds only. We are a close knit family, we believe in family values. -loving, caring sharing and are spiritually inclined, Simple, down to earth living, Our Son is studying in Cornell University in USA & is in his final semster of Engineering.
      Father is a Marine Captain & Deputy General Manager in a prestigious shipping company. Mother is MSc BEd & an Art of Living (NGO) Yoga & Meditation teacher in Singapore.


      If you are from US please note that we (Parents) will be in US for our son's Graduation end of May2013 and will be in & around New York till about middle of June.Our Son will start working in Manhattan,NYC from July 2013 in a reputed MNC. Our daughter Simran will be relocating to east coast of USA in Fall 2013 to pursue her Phd studies.
