Hi there! For a very long time I've resisted creating an online profile to meet my future partner in life. But it turns out that I stay too busy, and running into the right person by chance only happens in movies. Well, I'm here to see if this is any better than leaving it to chance!
I'm certainly not planning to bore you with a list of my hobbies or tell you how my friends would describe me. I'd much rather that you be the judge of that when we meet. Instead, I'd like to describe what I'm looking for in my partner, which essentially is a reflection of my values. I'm looking for someone currently living in the US, who has assimilated well into this society and culture, while still understands and respects the Indian culture. I work for an oil and gas firm. While I'd have absolutely no issues relocating for my partner, I am at least in the near term unable to move from Houston. I love pets. I've always had dogs growing up and I want to spend my life with somebody who loves animals as I do. I spend at least a part of my free time volunteering with animal rescue organizations, and while I don't expect my partner to do it, I'd sure appreciate some support. My work has taken me to a few different countries in the past and I found that I love traveling and living and experiencing new cultures. So, if you love the outdoors, travel, adventure and good food, we'll get along splendidly. Other than that, I'm game for pretty much anything and everything. So, looking forward to talking to you soon!
P.S. My immediate family is very small, just my mom and sister (and her husband) who are very liberal and currently reside in India.
P.P.S. Unfortunately, contrary to what my name suggests, I cannot claim any connection to West Bengal other than my absolute love for Bengali sweets :)
