    • Hi. I am Ravi Hegde. I was born and brought up in Bombay and have grown up in a multi-cultural neighbourhood. Although, a native of Karnataka and my mother tongue being Kannada, I do not possess command over it. At home its either Hindi or Marathi that is spoken at large.

      A typical nuclear family of mine, consists of parents and me. My father has retired from a private company while my mother is employed with the Central Government in the Foreign Trade department.

      My job profile includes flying helicopters as a Commissioned Officer in the Indian Navy.

      Qualitatively I am a fun loving, relaxed, extrovert and social person. Confident, Adventurous, Energetic and Enthusiastic are some other characteristics. I am a family guy and hold my near and dear ones to heart. Hanging out with friends, occasional partying is what I look forward to. A little reading and lots of music keeps me interested in worldly matters.

      Yes, I am a little quick tempered and get impatient for matters that are of concern to me. For me the barriers of language, caste, creed and rituals do not exist.

      I am looking for that special someone with whom I can be friends for life. She has to be a strong woman to love
      a military man. With my work keeping me away from her many times, she should be able to handle and take care of herself when I aint next to her.

      She has to be social, outgoing and happy to be in company with me, while I take every care to ensure she is
      Comfortable and happy at all times. She has to be that person with whom I could share a comfort level wherein we can talk any rubbish with each other, knowing that we wont be judged or taken wrong. Of course an attraction has to be there to keep life interesting and happening.

      I understand that getting together with a completely different person is a big challenge for everyone and that sacrifices have to be made at both ends to make any relation successful and fruitful. I need to be with such a woman with whom there is 'no dikhava' to impress the other person.

      Lastly, as passionate as I am towards my work, equally would I be towards my better half. So, unconditional trust and love is what I would always give and expect in return.
