I'm 30 years old and live in Bristol, England. I'm looking for a potential wife but someone I can get to know first over time. I work for a well known insurance company who I've been with now for 2 years. Unfortunately I am not university educated so if you're looking for someone with a degree it's not me. I made the decision not to go to university all those years ago.
Anyway those who know me best would describe me as outgoing, talkative and funny. I personally like to think I'm an open and caring individual who can have a laugh with anyone but also I know when to be serious.
I adore my family and would do anything for them. I have one older sister (31), one younger sister (20) and two younger brothers (27 & 22). My Father works very hard running his own business and would like to retire soon and my mother also helps my father run his business but is also a homemaker. Life at our household can get a little crazy as we are all a loud and mischievous bunch (in a good way of course).
I would describe myself and my family as liberal Muslims, we do what we can to be as good a Muslim as we can be. I'm not perfect but I'm willing to learn more about Islam together with my potential partner.
My interests are varied, I love sports, in particular football, cricket, boxing and athletics. I don't currently participate in any sports but I do try and visit the gym as often as I can. I'm trying to shed a few extra pounds so I try and go at least 3 times a week.
I also enjoy movies, whether that is a DVD at home or at the cinema. I love all types of films but I do enjoy a good comedy or horror movie.
Something I don't do as often as I would like to is eat out, I know everyone says it but I do love a good Nando's.
What I'm looking for in a partner is basically a female version of myself, I know that's a lot to ask but Ideally I want to meet someone who is British born like myself but someone who carries both Eastern and western values together. I have no particular type so I'm open to women of all backgrounds whether you're White English/Irish, Bengali, Pakistani or Indian. As cheesy as it sounds I'm not just looking for a future wife but someone who will become my best friend. Someone I can trust and share the ups and downs of life with. Someone I can dine out with, someone I can take to the cinema and someone I can cosy up to on a Saturday night whilst watching X-Factor.
I've struggled to find a potential partner because the truth is I don't have many Asian friends, also Bristol doesn't have a very big Bengali/Asian community. I live in a predominantly white area which has always made it difficult to meet Bengali/Asian people. Having said that the majority of my friends are White English hence why I would consider someone who is not of Asian heritage.
I'm not bothered about family wealth, caste, nationality or race, etc. I'm non judgemental when it comes to finding a partner. However there needs to be attraction, but as long as we get on and enjoy each others company that's the main thing.
Ideally I'm looking for a partner from the South West near Bristol. However I will take into serious consideration any other location such as London & Birmingham if the circumstances are right. Without sounding selfish I enjoy life in Bristol and I would find it difficult to move away. Also I've recently got on the property ladder here in Bristol.
If there is anything I've left out or if you want to know more please don't hesitate to get in touch (sorry I don't have a premium account but will be upgrading very soon)
If you don't have a photo on your profile I will not respond unless you can provide one (sorry to sound blunt but I consider it an important factor).
Thank you for taking the time to read my profile and I wish you all the very best of luck in your search.
