    • Prakash works at Technip USA Inc. (a global engineering contractor for Oil & Gas Industry with head quarters in Paris) as a Flexible Pipe Design Specialist based in their Houston office. He is a kind and caring young man who is easy to get along with. At work he is disciplined and hard working, and is well liked by his colleagues.

      Prakash was born and raised for much of his life outside Kerala in various parts of India concurrent with his dad's job locations. Consequently, he has a good understanding of cross-cultural issues and is broad-minded in his approach to life.

      Being our elder son, Prakash was raised to become independent minded as well as be able to take care of himself. He has a great sense of humor and can laugh at his own mistakes and shortcomings. He has a great interest keeping up with technology trends, current news and world matters, and can have a conversation on any issue with just about anyone. Although technology is his passion, he has a growing interest in photography, enjoys different cuisines, and likes to travel with friends.

      Prakash graduated from Birla Institute of Technology & Science, Pilani., Rajasthan, India with dual degrees - Master of Science in Physics and Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical). He subsequently completed a Masters degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.

      Father is an electrical engineer by education and has worked in different capacities in steel plants in various parts of the country. Currently he is self employed as an engineering consultant for steel & plastic textile mills. Mother is a microbiologist by education. Younger brother recently completed his bachelors degree and is currently working in the IT industry. Family is settled in Chennai for the past 15 years. Paternal grand-parents are settled in Chennai for over 40 years. Father is from an Ezhuthachan family with origin in Parli and mother is from an Ezhuthachan family with origin in Nemmara. However, they were both brought up outside Kerala.
