    • Hi,
      I am Saurav Rana I completed my Bachelors in Computers/ IT from Punjab.
      I am currently working as a Senior Software Consultant.
      Total work experience of 6 yrs, was in Hyderabad for 3 years with Accenture. traveled to UK for 2 months for Project for Accenture. Working in US Since Jan 2009. Recently moved to South Burlington, Vermont. Currently working as a Advisory Consultant.

      I am a firm believer in God. I was brought up in a very liberal environment as my Father is Hindu and Mother from a Sikh Family. I have been taught from a very early age to form my own opinion about things after analyzing them;not to blindly rely on what others have to say.

      My friends describe me as: simple, confident, goal driven and determined.
      Values: Loyality and truthfulness.

      Hobbies:
      Reading: an avid reader Favorite Authors include Ayn Rand, Dan Brown, Franz Kafka, a big fan of Literature Classics.

      Travelling : Love to travel, recently moved to Fort Lauderdale trying to explore new places here, love to take out my car for drives to Beaches for Sunset with my camera on any given weekend.

      Tennis And Gym: Recently had a pretty good circle of friend who introduced me to playing tennis and have been hooked on to it since. Usually a weekend activity if the weather is nice and have a good playing partner. Gym is a part of the routine, running, spinning and weight training.

      Cooking: Have been away from home for almost 10 years so learned it by experiment and on phone by recipes from mom and can say i am a pretty decent cook.

      Favorite books: The Fountain Head.
      Favorite sports: Tennis, cricket, shooting pool.

      Views on marriage:
      Its a machine which needs constant effort to make it work effectively. The partners in crime, in this case Marriage, need to complement, support and understand each other while going hand in hand with each other. Nothing should be taken for granted in marriage. This is my favorite quote which undeniably describes marriage for me.
