I guess I should be honest here and admit i'm not Desi. I'm a Caucasian American girl who has had a keen interest in Indian culture since childhood.
I feel like I need to move there at some point and get involved in humanitarian work, but only God knows the future. I have a lot of love in my heart, and helping people brings me great joy.
I'm looking for a Christian man who is serious about God and hasn't dedicated his whole life to running after material things. There is much more to life than the pursuit of money. This man should have a heart overflowing with love for me, his family, my family, and even strangers. It is said the character of a man is measured by how he treats those who can do nothing for him in return.
I'm not looking to jump into marriage at this moment though, so if I meet anyone, he'd have to be alright with taking things slow and getting to know each other well beforehand.
I'm very open to adopting another culture as my own and would love to learn new things.
