In their own words
    • I am an easy going person, in other words not high maintenance as even little things make me smile and happy. Live to the fullest as I want to make the best of everything. I am a people's person so I guess choose to be a doctor and would like to marry a doctor too. This way we can both give back to this world in different ways.
      I was brought up with a lot of people around me keeping our Indian traditions and cultures. So, you can say i speak very fluent Gujarati. I love big families and family reunions. Have a large extended family and close to all my cousins, try to have a big family reunion every year. This upbringing makes a family-oriented person important to me as I value family above all my desires.
      I am also an outdoor person as i love to travel, hike, and ski. We as a big family have taken vacations every year, which I look forward to. Also a homebody so love to try new recipes: cook and bake, and also sew. My favorite part is to sew quilts to give as gifts.
      Always want to go to India to help the unfortunate and do special camps after I graduate from medical school. Actually had an opportunity to do so last summer, 2011, to work with kids and do health camps with them.
      I am looking for somebody special to share my passion of giving back to the society and have fun at the same time.

      My dad is a mechanical engineer,who has worked for over 25 years for TVA and at present a businessman. My mom is a registered nurse and works as a Hospice nurse. I have 1 brother in his 3rd year medical school, who is unmarried. We do value our Indian culture and have been raised accordingly. My parents have been in this country for more than 30years, so very liberal and open-minded. We have a big family on both sides and are living in the US.
