I am writing this to seek an alliance for my friend: Ranjit. Having known Ranjit for the past 13 years, I feel I'm best equipped to describe him.

Ranjit has a Bachelors degree in Electronics Engineering from Mumbai University. Unlike most of his peers he chose not to take the well trodden path of a Masters Degree and instead opted to work with some of India's leading firms. The experience has held him in good stead and he has subsequently had stints with International Rectifier and is currently a consultant with Cisco Systems. Ranjit is not one of your academically brilliant students - He is however extremely versatile/street-smart with technology and knows what works best, a testament to the various organisations that he has been employed with till date.

The nature of Ranjit's job has given him the opportunity to travel significantly. He has therefore imbibed the culture of the various places that he has visited and will therefore come across as an open-minded individual who can adapt to situations very easily. Ranjit is a avid sports fan and has a keen following for Football, Formula - 1 and Tennis (All within the comfort of his room though !) He has a varied taste in music and listens everything from the latest Bollywood flick to Hip-Hop. He watches movies selectively and is a huge fan of sitcoms like Seinfeld, Everybody loves Raymond & That 70s show. He believes in holidays / travels/exploring places & cuisines and has had his share of experiences.

Having spent all his child-hood in Bombay (or Mumbai as it is now known) he is certain to return back to Bombay in the near future. His partner will therefore need to be comfortable living here. He is a ambitious a tad lazy but highly efficient in what he does; He is destined for success in the corporate world and will expect his partner to support him in this endeavour. I'm hoping that I've given a sizeable insight into Ranjit's life. I am leaving the rest for the prospective partners to discuss !

Ranjit's Dad is a Asst. Manager with Indian Bank & is based out of AP. His mom was a school head mistress & has played a significant role in shaping the future of many of today's generations. She has retired and currently lives in Hyderabad. Ranjit has a younger sister who is married and lives in Hyderabad.

Ideal partner would be someone who is well educated person from urban India. An independent woman with liberal views but respects Indian culture and heritage. A charming and fun lady with similar personality traits will help.
