I was born and raised in New Jersey... went to Rutgers for my undergrad, and FDU for my masters.

I'm a huge sports fan as well - my teams are the Dallas Cowboys, the NY Yankees, Rutgers Women's Basketball and Football, and Villanova Men's Basketball... Also enjoying playing sports...

My friends describe my personality as outgoing, caring, fun-loving, and compassionate.. (wow, this is more difficult than I thought it would be!)... hmm... i'm big on hindi movies and songs and absolutely love, love, love garba!

I'm also very adventurous - I'm usually up for trying things at least once (so far the scariest is a toss up between skydiving and ziplining through the forests of Costa Rica)... I love travelling... I'm on a mission to see all 50 states, I think I have about 20 or so left, and I'd also like to do a NY-to-CA road trip, although work seems to be getting in the way of this :)..

My parents came to the States about 30 years ago.

My dad is a civil engineer for the City of NY and my mom works for the US Postal Service.

My younger brother is a US Marine and is currently out in Iraq.
