    The number of contacts depends on your search criteria. The broader your search criteria the more number of contact you get.

    Once a week to update you on new profiles. You could also get in touch with your matchmaking assistant on mail about any requirement and they would call you back.

    Sapphire is a service that makes your partner search easy for you. Our assistants here help you make your profile, help you with partner search, short-listing of profiles and expression of interest. However we do not guarantee that you would find your match through this service.

    No. You are paying here for the services of an assistant who helps you in the partner search. You would not get money back once this service is availed.

    Sapphire charges are higher than normal online charges because here you get a dedicated assistant who helps you in your partner search. In other services members are required to register, create profiles, search and express interest on their own.

    Yes. In other memberships you are searching for your partner on your own. Here in Sapphire you would get an assistant to do all the activities for you. The assistant would not only search with your criteria but also suggest effective changes to your profile that would increase chances of your getting increased expression of interest or accepts.

    Yes, if by any chance, you are not happy with the services of your matchmaking assistant we will assign another matchmaking assistant for you.
