How do I become a shaadiACTIVE premium member?
To become a shaadiACTIVE premium member call our customer service at 1-860-500-3456 or SMS SHDTV INFO to 57007; our customer service executives will help you avail a shaadiACTIVE Premium membership.
shaadiACTIVE Premium membership comes in the following 3 packagaes:
- 1 month for Rs.249
- 3 months for Rs.499
- 6 months for Rs.799
User can choose any of the above 3 packages and pay through the following possible Payment Options:
- Credit card (Master/ Visa)
- Home Pick up service available in over 65 cities
- Cheque/ Demand draft drawn in favour of 'People Interactive (I) Pvt. Ltd.'
- Post the cheque/DD at:

Dish user will have to become a shaadiACTIVE premium member to get contact details of a Shaadi.com member whose profile is showcased on DishTV
- Dish TV user will then SMS SHDTV <Dish profileid> to 57007. On successful validation of user account Shaadi.com will send the contact details on SMS to the Dish TV user.
*User will be charged Rs.3/SMS

Will Shaadi.com members have to pay anything for this special service?
No. The SMS cost and the shaadiACTIVE membership cost will be borne by the Dish TV user member.
However if a Shaadi.com member needs contact details of profiles displayed on Dish TV then he/she will have to become a shaadiACTIVE member.

I received an abusive call from a member claiming to have received my number through Dish TV. What should I do now?
Please call our Customer Service at 1-860-500-3456 immediately with the date and time of call and the phone number of the caller so we can take appropriate action.
