How will the Dish user contact the Shaadi member:
The Dish TV member views profiles on the Dish TV.
If the Dish TV member likes a profile and would like to get more details of that profile, then the
Dish TV member will SMS Shaadi.com requesting more details of the Shaadi.com member. For
this SMS, the Dish TV member will be charged Rs. 5/ Per SMS.
Shaadi.com will send more details of the requested profile. Following details will be sent in the
reply SMS to Dish TV Member:
- One line from the "About Myself" section of the profile
- Religion
- Mother Tongue
- Caste
- Sub-Caste
- Body Type
- Complexion
- Manglik
- Diet
- Smoke
- Drink
- Education
If the Dish TV member likes the details of the profile, he/she may request for a contact number of
the Shaadi.com member. For getting the contact number, the Dish TV member will need to SMS Shaadi again.
Shaadi.com will SMS the registered contact number of the Shaadi.com member, and the Dish TV
member will be charged Rs.15 for this SMS. The high SMS charge will ensure that only genuine
Dish TV members will use this service.
The Dish TV member may then call the shaadi.com member.

No. The SMS cost will be borne by the Dish member. Shaadi.com members get the privilege
of using this service free of cost.

Yes. Shaadi.com members will have the opportunity to report any mis-use of this service to
Shaadi.com's Customer Service Agents and suitable action shall be taken against violators.

Terms of Use:
- Shaadi.com members' photographs will not be shown in Dish TV. Dish users cannot request for photographs of Shaadi.com members.
- Shaadi.com members may register complaints in connection with the use of this service by contacting Shaadi.com's Customer Service Center either by phone or via email.
- Shaadi.com members will have the option to opt out of this service anytime they want.
- Shaadi.com might decide in the future to open this service to free members also. Shaadi.com
can decide to show/not show profiles of members from a particular country, community /special cases etc
- Active Shaadi service shall only be available at Dish TV's residential connections and not at any of their public subscriptions. For eg, Active Shaadi should not be viewable from a shopping mall.
- Registration by the eligible Shaadi.com members for this service does not automatically entitle him/her to have his/her profile listed on Dish TV.
- Shaadi.com reserves the right in its sole discretion to promote this service in any manner whatsoever and to decide the profiles to be listed on Dish TV.
