Position:
 Telecalling Operator (Full time; Location: Mumbai)
|
| Requirements of the position: |
- Minimum HSC Pass (Fresher to be considered as Trainees)
- Bachelor Degree – Communications, English and/or Computers (desired not compulsory)
- Fluency with general desktop productivity software
- Familiarity with web technology and comfortable with the Internet
- Very strong verbal communication skills and at least average writing skills
- Clear diction and clarity in speech (nasal voice, lisps, stammer etc to be avoided)
- Extremely detail oriented and ability to organize
- Problem-solving (innovation skills and creativity are desired)
- Should be familiar with effective objection handling
- At least 2 years experience developing the above skills. Experience must include some customer-facing job as well as marketing exposure

Essential Functions/Responsibilities (include but not limited to):
|
- Attending to all customer calls and offering assistance
- Responsible for achieving daily and monthly collection target for the region
- Maintaining various reports related to Sales and accounts
- Responsible for daily deposition of payment collected
- In case call needs to be escalated, noting details and forwarding it to Head Office
- Coordinating with various functional heads
- Calling up members and explaining the benefits of Shaadi.com product and services
- Updating relevant remarks for the same and maintaining daily records and forwarding to Head Office as and when required
- Interfacing with walk-in customers, explaining them features of Shaadi.com as and converting them to Premium Membership
